Backstory -
This movie was a labor of love for all those involved. The budget of the film was penciled out at $0.00. Everyone gave wholeheartedly to this project. It may have cost nothing on paper, but people gave of their time and their talent. We believe that affection and dedication is apparent on-screen in conjunction with a great story.
With a 4 person team, 2 cast and 2 crew, the production set out for a 2 week shoot. Using the Red One camera, the production was able to shoot digitally. No need for film stock or lab processing fees, which was a key ingredient in keeping costs at nothing. The movie was shot using available light in a variety of situations, and the Red One performed exceptionally well under any condition it faced.
For post production, the hard drives and editing equipment were already "in the family" and reappropriated for the movie's needs. The team grew in number as a composer, colorist, and sound mixer were added to finish the film, supplying their own resources. Ultimately, the work of all involved represents tremendous dedication, sacrifice, and selflessness of artists plying their craft.
